Community Relations/ Need assessment Coordinator

Job Description

Requirements:

  • Conduct needs assessment/ field surveys of communities and areas in and around Hyderabad, or as required
  • Plan and execute approved incubation programs and ensure timely and effective implementation
  • Ensure proper documentation of the various activities and programs
    Liaison with relevant stakeholders like local govt. authorities, influencers etc.
  • Collaborate with other teams in Nirmaan for building more effective programs
    Provide inputs on-field insights and demands

Essential Skills:

  1. Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, and ppt)
  2. 2.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

3.  Fluent in Telugu and English

Education Qualifications:

At least a graduate degree

Preferred Experience:

– 3+ years experience in crowd fundraising, preferably in education or employability sectors.
